The Challenge
The homeowners wanted supplemental rental income but had never built anything on their property. They were concerned about the permitting process, impact on their existing home, and whether an ADU would actually generate meaningful returns.
The Solution
We handled the entire process from ADU design through permitting and construction. A detached 600 sq ft unit with a full kitchen, modern bathroom, living/sleeping area, and private entrance. The unit was designed to complement the main home's architectural style. Rented within two weeks of completion.
