The Challenge
A 1975 ranch-style home with a choppy floor plan, original kitchen, two outdated bathrooms, popcorn ceilings throughout, and a mix of worn carpet and vinyl flooring. The electrical was a mix of original and DIY additions, and the plumbing had several slow leaks.
The Solution
Complete interior renovation. Removed walls to create an open kitchen-dining-living layout. New kitchen with custom cabinets and quartz countertops. Both bathrooms fully rebuilt with modern tile and fixtures. Hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, new LVP in wet areas. Full electrical re-wire and plumbing updates. Popcorn ceiling removal and smooth finish throughout.
