The Challenge
A growing family in a 3-bedroom home where the primary bedroom was the same size as the kids' rooms. Both parents worked from home and needed more space, but they loved their North Park neighborhood and didn't want to move.
The Solution
A 500 sq ft addition that added a proper primary suite with a spacious bedroom, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity. The addition was designed to match the home's existing roofline and architectural style so it looks original. The old primary bedroom became a dedicated home office.
