The Challenge
The homeowners loved their home's 1930s Spanish Revival character but the kitchen was showing its age. They wanted modern functionality without losing the architectural charm. Previous bids from other contractors proposed designs that felt generic and ignored the home's style.
The Solution
We designed a kitchen that honored the home's character while adding modern convenience. Custom hand-painted tile backsplash, arched range hood, warm-toned cabinetry, and wrought iron hardware. Modern appliances were integrated discreetly. The layout was improved for better workflow while maintaining the room's original proportions.
