We're a licensed general contractor serving San Diego County. We specialize in remodels, design, and new construction, and we believe the construction experience should be as good as the final result.
Why We Started
We started SD General because we saw the same problems over and over in the construction industry: vague bids, poor communication, missed timelines, and homeowners who felt left in the dark about their own project.
We built this company around the opposite of that experience. Every project gets a detailed, line-item proposal. Every client gets weekly written updates with photos. Every contract includes real guarantees, not marketing copy, but contractual commitments with defined consequences.
